I bought the same car albeit the 2.9 which I find more than adequate for London’s pot hole ridden speed camera road, at 4 rpm you are in driver’s license loosing territory. I have installed a design911 Xpipe carbon fibre exhaust and it can keep up with modern cars whilst I enjoy an analog drive with full manual control. This particular car is good but I prefer the 2.9 engine for urban driving having test driven both cars. Generally the 987.2 is the sweet spot Cayman with the 2.9 being the best value proposition even for an advanced high speed pursuit training driver.

Hi CK, the 2.9 are phenomenal too! I do get asked to stock them but I think I haven't had one yet! I like how they drive, you have to work harder to get the topline speed from it, but it does reward you in return. Enjoy yours, sounds like you have made some good changes to make it special too. it has psm and sport exhaust and electronic controllable suspension. It is spec out car but I notice it doesn't have sports / sports plus option with tech timer on the center console? Does sports exhaust button is linked with sports + button?

@@rembo183 I don't follow US prices sadly so can't comment on $USD equivalent. These cost the same as a 911 to maintain and buy replacement parts for in most cases, so yes they can be expensive if you need to refurbish a lot of underside components due to wear/age. Thanks, Raj
