Thanks! It was entertaining filming the dolphins playing in the waves. I couldn't have asked for better timing for the storm to move in off in the distance. It's a completely different perspective from up there for sure.

What do the locals call the water in the north of Port Aransas where the restaurants are? Is it a harbor or a marina?

@@austintravisTX, no LAANC needed for Port A beach area. Just be aware that there is a small air strip in the area with a small restricted area. The beach is fine though.

Nice! Enjoy your time down there! No, no special permits or permission if you stay on/over public land. There is a small airport in the area to be aware of and the air traffic that comes in and out. It is small enough that no special permits are needed and it is not restricted space.
