Benin city has the best urban plan amongst old Nigerian cities.. The only city with a city centre and about 8 major roads connect to the city centre.. If the government can get like $1billion dollars in loan and constructs standard road all across the city, it will be the finest city in Nigeria..Roads and massive urban renewal..Replace some of the old houses in the city center and major roads with modern buildings..
