I have a Blackhawk 65150 and it doesn’t have a hole to use a wire to pull the spring. I am stumped on how to get the screw reinstalled.

Sorry, I do not have one for this model. Have not had to rebuild the pump yet

i done the cylinder and now need to do the pump, i wonder if the new seal things will deteriorate like the old ones, seems the black rubber ones are in good shape, wonder why they used the plastic ones?

I don't know. I think they are not plastic, I think they are a type of Urethane.

Hi i hv a enerpac hand pump. When i apply load to system i lose at least 1k psi When i put it on hold. I DONT HAVE A LEAK. Im using a digital pressure gauge for the test. I cannot physcially see the cylinder retracting bk. So how do i go abt troubleshoot this problem sir?

what was part number for the packing seal? great video wire was a great idea.

AES 80460 is a generic kit for 4 ton ports power rams. However, like I say in this video, there are variations in these designs so no guarantee this kit is correct.

There all like that the one I got made 2 good pulls next day was leaking and not pulling nomore. You might could get you a 90 degree pick to grab that spring. I just love working on brand new stuff don't you. They use the most odd things they can find.

what shall i use for oil?

@@stevewatr why i wanted to know is because what happened to that seal crumbling like that could have to do with oil that is not compatible, just thinking. my unit quit working after a while, it never was used much and i did not take it apart yet waiting for seal kit, never knew where to get parts before seeing you video. thanks for the info
