very cool indeed. I have a much simpler version of this project, using just the on board rheostats to control the voltage and amps. i have been using this for over 2 years now and it is probably in need a rebuild, but still working good when I need her.Instead of using banana plugs, I simply have 2.1mm power jacks on the case for the female, and a male on a long lead to plug into the needed device. Works OK for what I have been using it for. Thanks a million for the video, I may well use much of your example in upgrading my unit.

The 3 one cell bms modules is not working well as they drain one of the batteries if unused for 3-4 weeks. I will upload a modification with a 3S bms module soon.

Very nice video and build! I also don't see how the outputs could work in series. The TP4056 are sharing ground on input and outputs, see its schematic: www.sunrom.com/media/content/1203/DW01A. +Peter H Please shed some light on this :) Did you really get something like 11V when testing the outputs at 4:42?

Hi, why the wiring of the bourns 10k potentiometer for Voltage adjustment only connect 2 pin?

Nice vid. Have you the new version, with isolated charging? thx

It is a pity you used high speed playback for this video as it is very hard to follow, otherwise it is a great little project. I have watched this clip dozens of times just to try and catch the bits I missed and still cannot fathom your connections as you do not dwell on steady images EVER! As for your front panel LEDs are they simply in parallel with those on the PS board or did you remove the surface mounted devices as you did with the potentiometers?

Bruce Woods Thanks, I Speed up the movie as it was very long. I just soldered the diodes in paralell. Didnt remove them.

From what I have read these TP4056 modules cannot be wired in serial due to common ground: budgetlightforum.com/node/39060 I'm interested in seeing how you solved this problem. Thanks for the video.

The 18650 are not connected in series, there are connected in parallel.

At around 4:30 he said "...connected in serial" which is why I'm confused. Looking forward to the detailed battery / charging video. Thanks
