You are so darned cute. I get a chuckle out of every one of your videos! Ain't life grand!!! Today's video was especially humourous because "little mama's" mad at you! Don't tell me they can't express their emotions! I''m not surprised you don't want to mess up your beautiful new walls. Good plan. Please take care and hugs from Canada.

Great job! This is a very old art technique that was lost and found in modern times. My daughter is an artist and came across a book on it accidentally and uses the same technique to draw her outlines onto canvases. It saves her days of work. Of course they didn't have electricity when it was first done. The artist would sit someone outside in the sun and then had his canvas and himself in a dark booth with a hole in it and the image of the person in the sun could be seen on the wall upside down. It may be slightly more complicated than that but I never thought of using it to project a quilt design on to fabric! Its a totally legit idea! This is why I watch you! Have a great day!

Great idea! And what a space saver with being able to move and put away. It didn't seem to take you long at all. I would rather spend five minutes putting something together than lose space.

Love it!!! I have wanted a projector for a very long time. I can finally play movies in the backyard. And take artwork and line drawings and project them on the screen and transfer for long arm quilting, wood projects, so many things. I bought my husband one of these photography setups with two different setups for lights and extra clamps for backgrounds (green, white, and black) a couple years ago. He loves it! First thing he ever really liked in 16 years! Go figure. Thanks Lorena. I too have learned so much from you!

Neat stuff...thanks. I have flannel over batting stapled to a large wall area in my sewing room---AND I HATE IT!!! I really need the wall space for shelving. I will look into the photography back-drop frame system. Right now I don't need to projector idea but I'm filing it away in the old noggin' for future reference. You always have the best ideas and advice.

A pull down screen from the ceiling might be a good option. (We had a stand-up screen to watch movies but changed to ceiling mount, less intrusion on the space. Another alternative for some is a hinged fold-down screen that lives up on the ceiling, but that can obscure lighting.)

I would eventually like to see the pattern projected directly onto the fabric as it is already on the long arm machine. Having to trace the design and then repeat following the design while quilting is doubling the work. Does that make sense?

Could this be used to hold the quilt for hand quilting? Is it stable enough?

Great video and I truly do appreciate all the wonderful videos you share, but I think you and the music are competing. I didn't enjoy trying to listen to you. :(
