I thought this was a joke at first. 1.if you think it was a used unit, why did you keep it? 2. Spilling water is YOUR fault. 3. It states it's a gravity drain unit- I put mine on an upturned plastic storage box, works a treat. 4. Of course it's plastic - the clue is in the name, 'portable'. Plastic makes it light. I've NEVER experienced staining in my tub and I have 3 adult children who all wear jeans blue and black. The only problem I've ever had with heavs was my daughter's ripped knee heans- I could hear the threads cat Hong and I put them into a large lingerie net. Maybe clean the stain in yours with bleach, vinegar lemon juice or a magic eraser, I'm not sure how you didn't notice it before you put your whites in. I absolutely love mine. Electricity has gone crazy expensive here in the UK and this unit costs so little to run. I only ever have to spin things for about a minute and they are virtually dry. I know loads of people on my money saving groups who have various makes of these washers and I've never heard anyone complain of the things you have. I've also never had a problem with lint. Maybe you could try those lint daisies you can buy but I've never had to use them. I put the drain hose into a net vegetable bag to stop any lint going down the drain, some of my friends loop the hose into their toilet but I stand mine in my bath on the plastic storage box I can't believe you now intend returning it now you've stained it- you can't return used items in the UK.

I have a Nicetemaw portable washer. I had mines for 3 years, still works. I’m not affiliated with KZbin or the portable washing companies. It’s a reason why they call the drain, Gravity Drain. That maybe the reason a lot of people put it in a tub. Lay it flat and let it flow. Just buy a Mesh Metal Sink Strainer to go into your tub to block the lint from going down the drain. I washed my boys jeans and husband jeans in it and just like any washer the dye in the jeans will fade out. The only reason it stained the portable washer because it’s plastic. It’s actually a very great machine. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but it is a learning curve.

13 mins of complaining. Would you rather a laundromat? N who knows what u catch there. I can’t believe the petty complaints I’m hearing. Hoses, you will pay for the metal you want. I washed Jeans in mine. No blue. Lint balls get a lint trap. Sir you really should not wash clothes with all your complaints. Y not return all the drama your posting

I have the same model. I never had an issue with blue jeans, obviously you did. But keep in mind, some clothes material will leech dye. You don't notice in a regular washer because it's drained out, you don't see the waste water. With this product, you do. I WILL agree with the lint, but I caught on in my experience, you really have to separate materials, and wash individual items prone to shedding lint separate. If you overfill it's not good for lint either. Sticky tape roller lint remover for $1 at the store helps as well. I also bought lint catchers to go in wash. But also if you run it through another clean water cycle, it'll help also with lint. There is more care required to clothes, it's not a regular washer, it's not but to me, it's better than going to the laundromat and washing clothes in who knows what that comes out dirtier. As for the water, you have to consider this is a manual washer, what you pour in, which is usually 28 litres of water for a regular wash for me, 28 litres is gonna come out lol, and you have to prepare for that. For people on a budget, like myself, it is a good alternative. I'm not a fan of the drain hose, but for $250 compared to the price of a regular washer, I mean you really do get what you pay for in terms of a washer plus taxes, plus delivery and that gotta be taken into consideration. Do I think mine will last? No. Mine's 9 months , I expect it to give out at any given moment. But I'm happy not to be at the laundromat where my clothes come out dirtier than when it went in.

It works. It’s just a manual machine. I have a portable washer it washes jeans and yes it will stain because it’s plastic. It washes sheets king size as well (I’m washing right now), curtains as well. It’s a great machine and doesn’t weigh much. I have a 26 Ib washer. Meaning the wash side holds 17.6 pounds of clothing and the spinner side holds only 8.4 pounds of clothes. If it fits in the spinner it will fit in the washer that’s how I do my estimate. But if it’s not your cup of tea, they do have portable washers with black and decker from 1.5 to 3.0. You can hook to your sink. Now the only down fall about those for people who don’t have hook up for a washer was trying to find the piece to fit their sinks. Those work as well. They also come with a pump drain and automatic.
