Might as well just pay 6 dollars and be on their way . Minimalism though is a yes . If one have 3 tops and 3 pants then yeah ... I guess so . Then again no one have the time and people got lives to live still ! That still takes time ! People need to cook , take care of kids and work !...

May I add something valuable that people don’t seem to talk about. This is a great way to prevent being exposed to ringworm, lice or fungus. If you live in an apartment setting with a shared coin opp that is a real risk. Same with going to laundry mats. Also if you have any type of skin issue, this can also prevent exposure to detergents and other substances that can cause irritation.

I have a regular washer and dryer and I don't use the dryer except for towels. I wash my clothes and hang them to dry---saves loads on the electric bill. I used to have a washer/dryer like this when my kid was little and I was in an apt with no hook-ups. I used to wash the onsies & her blankets and hang dry those too--saved me $ and my sanity. Allowed me to wash clothes whenever I needed to and not have to drag out a kid to do it. It's all in the perspective of what one feels is valuable to them, for me it was time & $, I could do wash at night or when she was catching a nap. These little gems are well worth using.

It’s powerful and both sides can operate at the same time. It does take a little more extra effort but I only use it for half my laundry needs such as socks, underwear, T-shirt’s, leggings and sheets. The motor is so strong that it did damage some of my towels, but I believe I may have over stuffed it! I love this powerful machine and it’s convenient for apartment dwellers. I was paying $5/load to wash and dry at my laundry facility and had to worry about theft all the time. Now I never stress about my expensive yoga pants again! It’s worth the money and extra effort to launder this way, may not be great for a family due to the small load capacity. It’s great for a couple or singles, decent size to fit into a small closet for storage. I recommend getting rubber pads to help with the spin cycle vibration so the machine doesn’t move everywhere.

I got one of these ( different brand I'm sure) many years ago when I lived in a micro studio apt in NYC and absolutely love it! The building had a laundry room but washers were $4. per small load and there were no dryers. Most people sent their laundry out to be done and washed by delicates by hand which is a very expensive way to go! I saved tons of $$ by having one of these. It was small enough I stored it under my kitchen sink. There are full size ones available for those who don't have washer/dryer hookups and need to do larger loads. It made the rounds through the family aftert I moved & didn't need it for my primary source of doing laundry. My niece used it while she was in college. When my son was a baby I used it to wash diapers. ( Yeah, I used cloth ones) I had it at the family cabin for a while then brought it back home. I've had to replace it since then. These aren't made to last 20+ years but mine came close! I use mine now to wash delicates and small loads of clothes. I love it as much as I did my first one. I got a water hose that slips on to my kitchen faucet which made it even easier to use. Also, if you have hard water use vinegar in your rinse water. Not only is it an amazing fabric softener and keep your clothes from wrinkling so badly and prevents static electricity.. it also dissolved any gunk build up. Good for your clothes and cleans your machine at the same time! She made a good point about using just a little laundry soap. Seriously.. use just a LITTLE! Hydrogen peroxide to keep whites bright and remove stains.. a woman after my own heart. I use it also. It's fantastic!

I actually have one of these, and an Avanti compact dryer. I personally think it's great. I honestly don't feel as though it's a lot of work, especially when compared to loading clothes for the laundromat, paying a lot of $$$$, having to sit there and wait for a dryer, loading the clothes back to the car, into the house. the spin dryer part works well enough that I usually don't even have to use a heat setting on the dryer unless I am in a serious hurry

I have the Bismi, which is similar. I live in an apartment that doesn't have washers in the units and the community room is unlocked and the machines don't work well. I paid $50 on FB Marketplace and bought a couple of clothes lines and a box fan. I live in the desert so my stuff dries super quick. I still have to go to the laundry to wash blankets, towels and some knits. It was just exhausting to load the car, unload it again at the laundry, wash it, fold it, re-load the car, then unload again at home. And then you have to put it all away. It's so nice to be able to stay home and do washing. And, not using the dryer makes your clothes last longer.

I have something similar. I use it in my apartment that doesn’t have a washer or dryer hookup. I have a small stand that I sit the unit on and it’s right besides my bathtub. I let it drain into the tub, after using the spin dryer to get the excess water out of the clothes. I have a small portable dryer unit, which uses a regular standard plug, that plugs right into a wall outlet. The good thing is it doesn’t need anything extra, you just plug it in and turn it on to dry. It’s so convenient and I’m glad I have it. I hate going to the laundry mat because I’m a pretty busy person and don’t have much time nor am I home a lot. It saves me so much time and money. I can easily wash and dry and keep doing all the other things I have to get done, done. Also saves me tons of money and doesn’t use all that much energy on my light bill which is a plus of course

We had to keep going to the laundromat, which I *HATED* with a passion. I have severe spinal injuries and having to do wash at one of those godforsaken places caused a lot more pain than necessary. When at home doing laundry you can "set it & forget it". Not there. Ugh. Even though using one of these little washer/dryers looks to be a but tedious, its still much better than the laundromat. ✊ Also, say your washing machine dies but you still have your dryer, this is still a great item for that. I have 4 cats and a dog and that equals a lot of fur. I definitely need a dryer to help remove all. But again with one of these, I would just need a lot of lint rollers 😂

It's called semi-automatic/manual washing machine, where it has separate tub for washing/rinsing and spin function. In Asia, this is very common until now, but not as popular as in the 90's, especially now people prefer the automatic one (one tub only).

Except the drying part on that doesnt really dry it just gets rid of excess moisture because its just a spin dryer, you can get a portable compact dryer from the company haire i think, but it comes with a tube and you would have to vent it through a window
@ageranger15416 жыл бұрын
So does a dryer get rid of excess moisture? Lol
@rossclark91555 жыл бұрын
No, this is not a spinner. It's called an extractor. It runs at such high RPMs that your clothes will feel half dried when you take it out. To me this is the very best part of these machines. If I had a washer and a dryer hooked up in my house, I would still have this for the extractor.

I use one pod in mine, assuming your wash load is large enough. It's easy to overuse liquid, but the pods are measured and they work well for me.
@nicnothingnice6 жыл бұрын
Those pods need super hot water and strong agitation to dissolve... That plastic stuff will stick to your clothes. When I was in a pinch, I dissolved the pod in a cup first to wash clothes in the sink/tub. Maybe just add the water first and use your hands to swish it around to dissolve the pod? Then add clothes? 🤔

used as directed, they are just as durable as a large machine. I have a similar one for 3 years now. I mind the weight limit to avoid taxing the few moving parts. I plan my last wash to be one with hot water with a light touch of bleach to keep the tub squeaky clean. I also leave the lids open to help dry out, also tipping the machine each way to ensure as much drainage as possible.
