I'm hoping to one day make a mod for Portal 2 titled "Beyond Aperture," where you play as a Test Subject who survived GLaDOS' neurotoxin when she killed everyone at Aperture, and wake up from a coma. And it takes place during the events of Portal 2, to fill in the plot holes of when Chell is in the underground portion of the game with PotatOS.

COASTERBOY246 yeah but Conversion (heard of it, by the way) takes place before portal 2, and this will sort of tie-in to the events of portal 2. Anyway, it is only a project. I haven't really started working on it yet. and i don't know whether to actually begin development. I would like to be a part of Coversion, though, to begin getting in the hang of things.

Nice references to song from 'Songs to Test By' Portal 2 OST, like "Reconstructing Ambience" is suppose to be "Reconstructing Science" and "Your Precious Test" is "Your Precious Moon". The songs also sound very Portal 2-ish, AWESOME! and those to songs sound similar to their references :P Doge: Much Easter Egg P.S. (.__.) -"I have no idea how to breathe."

It's really interesting hearing how some of your motifs and styles intertwine between soundtracks. When Life Support came on I did a double take because I thought this was a song from Mel for a second lol. And of course how could you mistake the similarities between Your Precious Test and System Corruption, that was a pleasant surprise haha. Seriously amazing how you've managed to create such fitting and unique moods for each mod despite using similar instruments/sounds, incredible work. Always looking forward to more!

I got a prerelease copy of the game for reasons and have played around two hours of the game. At first I thought the game just reused the Portal 2 soundtrack, which is a testament to how absolutely fantastic this is! Really fantastic job!

confrontation and resonance never got used, test 00 used dereliction from tier 3 which is another mod he made an ost for. and take it slow is the one used in recycled test chamber 05

"You are a dead test subject" sounds a lot better in-game. I think it's because of the source engine and the fact that the sound nodes are placed at several different places, and it comes from several different places in the map at some points. It's still pretty awesome both ways though :3

The in-game version is actually slightly different too (different synths, length and stuff). The one in this video / soundtrack was the version used in the trailer, and my personal favourite. The mod is a homage to just that! ;) As some people know; a lot of the Tag! team went on to work on Portal/Portal 2, so this felt like a great opportunity to merge the two worlds and create some fun and interesting gameplay! =)
