@@Tylorean In the first game, too! In chamber 15 there's a door at the end that activates on a timer, using an energy pellet receiver, and if you activate the door, get inside, and the timer shuts it. GLaDOS calls you dumb for getting stuck and lets you out!

i find it interesting that the turret fling is “”only”” a 1/30,000 chance, meaning that there have almost certainly been _many_ players that that just happened to on a casual playthrough and think thats just whats supposed to happen

If you mean non-segmented, the video level will need another strategy to beat it in 0 portals because the 1 in 30k chance of the turret fling is just way too low.

If you are curious the odds of geting something with a 1/30000 chance (roughly 0.003%) in 7327 attempts is about 21% (19% of geting it once and 2% of geting it twice), so it was't a miracle, just the result of A LOT of hard work

It's a testament to Portal's great design that in a game where you can literally teleport, some of the fastest ways to get through certain chambers still require you to just glitch through walls, such as using the radio in the starting room.

Hey sushi! Wanted to mention it a couple years ago but here's a pointer for pronouncing 'Krzyhau' in Polish, if you're curious - the 'RZ' combine to make a harsher 'Sh' sound, similar to the second G in 'Garage'. The Y is also short like in 'Lyft' or 'Lymph'. 'Kshyhau' is probably the closest and easiest approximation. But there's a certain charm in hearing Krr-zee-hau, it would almost feel wrong to hear it right if that makes sense. Kinda like it like that. Peace!
