Então. Para obter a rom vc precisa ter uma cópia do Portal original. Daí vc tem que usar um arquivo do jogo para fazer um patch e criar a rom. Como o jogo ainda está em desenvolvimento, nem adianta eu soltar a rom inacabada, ainda vão ter mais fases e melhorias.
