Portal actually is The Curator (vocals), Horror Illogium (lead guitar), Aphotic Mote (rhythm guitar), Ominous Fugue (bass), and Ignis Fatuus (drums) and is from Australia. These guys are 15 year old boys who play in their parent's garage and do Justin Bieber covers.

It was bad enough I was hoping for an interview with the Death Metal band Portal, but I hang in there enough to hear that their influences are supposedly Joy Division, New Order and Depeche Mode but I hear this bullshit pop music in the background that doesn't even touch Joy Division or Depeche Mode with a ten foot pole. The one thing I believe is that one of them worked with Brittany Spears. And by the way, bass player, you aren't punk rock enough to have a mohawk, shave your head now poseur.
