I can verify to you that it is indeed Julie Vega, that is talking to you.. Some of answer from her is not clear even i am listening to my earphone or even putting my ear next to my cellphone.. Some are accurate, some are static & some are not that clear & some are clear.. He fell from his condominium (8th floor) He died on Dec. 29, 2003.. Only 1 year ahead since Rico Yan, died on 2002.. Miko Sotto’s Uncles are very well known in Philippine Showbiz.. Thank you! Sotto was about to part with his friends and tried to get down from the railings when his foot allegedly got caught in a planter, causing him to lose his balance and fall from his balcony at 4:50 a.m. on December 29, 2003.

Hi Costas! Filipino here, I just came across your video as I was watching clips on KZbin about Julie Vega. I was far from being born at the time when Julie Vega passed away suddenly (I was born in 1993 so 8 years after she died). To me, her death is so mysterious, yet very tragic and devastating what had happened to her. At 12:30 of your video, that part where you didn't understand what her spirit had said - from my interpretation, it sounded like she said "Nahilo ako", in translation is "I felt dizzy". She was probably expressing what she was feeling when her health suddenly deteriorated. Great work, buddy! God bless you 😊

If you're speaking of an Ouija board, yes, it is possible to communicate with spirits that way. I personally do not like them, though. I prefer using (ITC) Instrumental Trans-Communication as I like being able to hear spirits communicating. It also makes it a bit easier for me to judge what kind of an entity is coming through.
