Well, the one thing that is notable is that this is (unless I am missing some) one of the only pieces for MODERN aperture that doesn't have a funnel variation, other than System Corruption, that plays during the puzzles. (both in AND out of the testing chambers)

Does that even count as Modern Aperture or not? It's a little puzzling on what era it is from. It seems to be a bit of the Old Aperture and the New Aperture combined, but... we can never be so sure...
@RiverX8 жыл бұрын
there's no need to have a funnel in that area. it's a turret factory
@thepython101102 жыл бұрын
I've noticed that every time you move to a new area (old tests, new tests, overgrown tests, and then here), there's a similar melody of 6-1-7 (look at Out of Order, Welcome to the Future, Natural Light, and this one). Out of Order doesn't exactly fit, since you're still in Old Aperture... but it's still interesting.

Did you know? Portal Stories: Mel is canon. Why? Simple. The Multiverse! As there are an infinite number of Apertures, that means there are an infinite number of Earths where this game's events take place. And also an infinite number of Earths where they do not. Even if something related to Half-Life or Portal isn't made by Valve, it's still canon. (And yes, that includes all... *Shudder* ...fan-fiction...)
@jamesgibbs67166 жыл бұрын
*WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS* Loïc, that's not how "canon" works. Valve didn't make it. Therefore, unless they say otherwise, it's non-canon. Luckily, they introduced the Multiverse to Portal 2, making literally everything canon. Even real life is canon. The end of PS:M is just their way of tying up loose ends. It's also a great reference. However, since the game may or may not take place in another universe, we can't definitely say AEGIS wakes up Chell. It could be Catherine, Carl, Cave, Cory, Constantine or Caroline for all we know. The only thing we can say for sure is that their first name starts with a "C". So, just seeing "C. " on the screen and hearing a pre-recorded message does not constitute a canonical ending. Almost, but not quite.
@Dendroapsis6 жыл бұрын
Consider that if a multiverse really exists, Portal Stories: Mel is also reality cannon as well.

Return to the pizzeria is such a great game honestly Like it's oozing the charm of games like portal and half life, feels just a bit cheesy and over the top, which fits fnaf perfectly and it's like a time capsule, from when we thought the purple guy wasn't involved with Freddy's (The ending monologue was a huge gut punch xd) Loved the experience when it came out and I still love it now, even though it's showing its age
