This is the first 461 I've played with..Its a great runner for sure. And yes it pulls chain hard even rich for break in.

Sooo right off the rip, as I told you, I just got a 461, and am doing everything in your videos- dumb simple question. Should I wait to “break “ it in before I start effing with it? Or run it this summer and next year do it ? .... also the sleeveless tux you should bring it back LOL. . . Dont.

hey Tinman. I've got a farmertec 372 xp no xtorq. I put an unlimeted coil on it and still hits some sort of limiter at full squirt, no load. I've put a 52mm top end and popup piston and done some very basic porting. any thoughts as to why it would be revving up and down and back up and just like bouncing slowly off a limiter ..I'm stumped.

Hard to say tor sure. Those chinese carbs are often the first thing i pitch when there's a running issue like that.

i just did my first 272xp.top and bottom.rebuild carb it will start only when i put gas down carb.help please

Theres many reasons that it could be, if you arent getting fuel then you propbably have a leak at the impulse hole on the intake.

The 440 is running different numbers then the 461. 461 has a larger bore so i can raise the exhaust a tad more. Same intake shape on both saws.
