I love EDM, and I totally agree with what he said. EDM on it's own, and honestly a lot of it's songs, are set to a specific formula. Intro, build up, drop. Verse, build up, drop. I like to think of his music as dance, it personally makes me want to jump up and down when I hear it, but the difference is I'm analyzing the lyrics, finding meaning, singing along, all with a huge smile on my face. Art evokes emotion. That and it doesn't always stick to the classic formula, which makes it even more engaging. I love his attitude, his music, and his personality. He's definitely a special artist, who no doubt will make an impact ^^

Porter burst onto the scene in 2011 and has gone on to achieve some of the highest accomplishments in the music industry with 2 groundbreaking albums and a Grammy nomination under a different alias 🙏

I think I've said it somewhere else before, but it's nuts that he and I had almost the exact same experience hearing A Thousand Miles for the first time, and then going on to hold onto Discovery so dearly. Makes sense why I love his work so much lol.
