Nikolas Obrenovic I can tell you it uses a few stock samples from the Vengeance Essential Clubsounds vol. 2 sound pack. Both the gated synths and the arpeggio plucks that come in at the beginning are from that pack. The breakbeat, piano and bassline were added onto it. I know it doesn't really help you ID the actual song, but it's definitely something royalty free as it was almost directly taken from those packs.
