My mama played this song for me when i was little 😭 i loved it and the message then its like it disappeared. We both looked for it for years coukdnt remember the name of group or song. Shes been gone 6 years 😢now and i finally found the song ive played it back to back 10 times now. Still such a powerful song unfortunately we are still trying to spread the same message at the end of 2023. Black or white the blood still runs red we are all brothers and sisters of the Lord and should love and care for each others accordingly no matter what race we are. You will miss out on knowing someof the best pepole in life judging by skin color and ignorance that is unfortunately passed down and taught. My mother brought me up not to see color but to see their heart❤ we need more mothers and fathers like her! Love and miss you mama i found your song finally sorry it took so long continue to sleep in peace and that you for bringing me up the way you did miss you and your words of wisdom!

The song just randomly popped in my head tonight so I thought Id leave a comment. I remember first hearing this when I lived in Georgia in the 3rd or 4th grade, a teacher made us watch the video then proceeded to ask us questions....heard it that ONE time and its been embeded in my memory ever since.

Over the years this song remains in my head and never could find it after it got banned from radio and tv…. It gives a good point in life that No matter what color our skin is our blood is all red and evil and hate for each other is our biggest enemy in this word… people can learn a lesson from this song.

@@ethanhiter They were exceptional...I have their studio albums in vinyl but somewhere (I assume on youtube) there is what I think is a live performance where they re-played a song in various styles...can't believe all the crap out there that people buy and good music like this gets pretty much overlooked.

I've always wondered who thought that it snows in the Mississippi delta. Good song, tho'. I remember when it was released. I think it never was big because it was before it's time. 1994 even was a different time as far as racial compassion goes. I knew some country fans that absolutely hated this song because of its message. (Personally, I think the message is it's only redeeming quality lol)
