Well, I always considered smoke-inhalation to be a great danger to firefighters... but not from diesel emissions. Seriously? Also, I don't think using proprietary tech on an emergency vehicle is really a good idea. The battery cell-pack in that thing must be ginormous if it has a range greater than 50 mi.
