Today we are cooking baked Portobello mushrooms and mashed potatoes with peas.
For 3 servings:
* Portobello mushrooms - 3 pcs.
* Fresh peas - 100 g
* Garlic - 10 g
* Boiled potatoes - 450 g
* Soy sauce - to taste
* Olive oil - 50 g
* Chives/green onions - 50 g
* Salt, pepper
We put the mushrooms on a baking sheet with parchment, pour olive oil, pepper, salt and leave until we make the rest of the blanks.
Pour the peas into the potato water and cook for about 5 minutes.
Finely chop the garlic.
Put the mushrooms in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 10 minutes.
Combine the peas with the potatoes and whisk in a combine or with a mixer. Add soy sauce, garlic, olive oil and pepper.
When everything is whipped, add finely chopped chives or green onions.
We take the mushrooms out of the oven. Spread the mashed potatoes on the mushroom and burn a little with a burner.
Decorate with sprouts and balsamic vinegar.
