Julian, in this lesson, I only used compressed charcoal, I didn't use vine charcoal.

+Carlos Zarate It is regular, even be smooth surfaced paper. Because I use a medium compressed charcoal to draw, it create more textures than a vine charcoal. Thanks for your feedback.
