Cheaper and more sensible to curb government spending and stop mass immigration people still have a country worth living in where they have their affordable home.

Stop migration and rezone some sqaurekilometers around Lisbon. Lower taxes for developpers and builders. But this measures would be comon sense and western governments are santanic. They do exactly the opposite. If you give people cheap credits the prices will INCREASE even more!
