I understand the purpose of having Adrienne on and I think it is great to support your friends and she has a special coming out which I hope does great. I also understand not everyone is a traveler, but this was rough. I don’t listen to this podcast for the comedians, there are 100 other podcasts I can get with comedians on them. Probably more actually. For me, this is an hour to 2 hour break from the week to give me wanderlust and have me not think about my job. I love Portugal, went this year and that country deserves better. Especially because so much of the economy relies on tourism and the people couldn’t be cooler and nicer than what I experienced.

My parents are from Portugal and I have been many times over my life. It was the best kept secret in Europe until Bourdain and Food/Travel Culture put it on the map. I have been requesting a Portugal episode for awhile but now would rather they didn't even do this episode because she was the worst. Complete injustice to the country. She doesn't deserve to have visited there. I know Mark Normand was there doing shows this year so maybe he can make up for this travesty. The best resource for Portugal on KZbin is the Danish couple @joenandamalie

Thanks for the podcast Ari. I love the septic tank and when you left, I was sad because it’s what got me through my bullshit ass job. I’m a sous chef at a restaurant in Denver, but I also do art and other things as well basically you help inspire me and I fuck with you hard thanks for everything and I’m glad I listened to this all the way through!
