Posen: Fed rate cuts now risk rebound of inflation next year

In an interview with Kathleen Hays for Central Bank Central, Adam S. Posen says the Federal Reserve has both a substance and a communications issue, and is being too narrow and short-term focused in its messaging about inflation trends, given little evidence of monetary tightening.
