Development charges should not be more than 30 to 50 thousands per marla. Extremely unfair

I think DHA development charges are around 1lac per Marla. CSC development charges should be comparable to DHA.

Appreciate your well organized videos and follow up of CSC Project Being CSC dealer, it's your prime job to raise flag over ill doings of society aswell 1) Development charges is way too high , they are not giving a life over MARS , someone shall tell CSC management 2) All existing brands charge development charges in 3 year span, so shall CSC team 3) LSC letter of NAB, shall be discussed/answered same way as LSC marketed via shore channel's

Absolutely radicals csc should have cleared these statements before selling the plots and y are they charging development charges before any development. People are struggling to pay installment due to covid job losses. Csc management should reconsider before people start to sell there files

Really you doing amazing job I like your beautiful video with great knowledge but there is developing charges is super expensive they should Care about the invested if the csc they don’t want they will lose every thing very easy

I was thinking of buy another plot in overseas prime but after seeing the development charges I will be crazy to even spend a rupee more on any new plot/villa

Development charges are too much.. Iss wakt agr 3.5 lakh ka profit hai to 10 marla p 15 lakh development, charges de kr to har plot minus me chala jaiga regardless of any block. Possession k time jo increase in plot value ho ga, wo to CSC management le jai gi.. Investor ko paisa laganay ka kia benefit hoha.

Your logical answers are appreciated but csc should reduce dvlpmnt charges little bit. But i am hopefull that they will develop a real smart city as if they really know the concept of smart city 🥳

Excellent video.. Excellent update. Love your PRAISE for Democracy. But Too much Democracy might Disturb Now CSC will start MILKING investors.. I suggest Reduction in Development charges Plus Incentives for the Building houses. Example could be 1.100 percent waivers in Development charges. DHA multan giving this offer. 2.Free MAP provision / no fee .CSC giving MAPs through their own Architect s . 3.No utility charges for initial few years for houses. 4.Gifting Some Construction materials..eg 100 bags Cement..2 trolly Bricks...etc I think Now onwards its the Construction activities for Real living That ll change course of CSC thats why People Building houses Must be Encouraged.

The highest ever hidden miscellany charges and strings attached to CSC plots. Never heard of it in any housing society, not even in Europe and North America. By the time we settle in at a new house, it would be the world's most expensive house in the desert. I wonder what type of overseas community could afford to live there. Someone sitting there is truly new in the business.

If possession is given in october 2020 and installment plan is finished in October 2021 so surcharge will be on late payment of installments or we have to start construction in october 2020 to avoid penality of delay in construction.

Unfair development charges. Plus why in 1 year. It shoud also be on 2-3 years installments.With current state of economy and people trying to make ends meet who can afford to pay.?? Plus there is news in circulation that main entrance is going to be changed. Any updates on that??

I think the buyers of Executive Block are the people of lesser God. Possession was promised in March-April but nothing has been done. What about possession in Executive Block. Please comment.

Assalamu Aleykum brother Rizwan! After possession how long time do we have before we have to start constructing our houses? And do you recommend to start the construction right after possession or should we wait until there is some more development in the society, like some commercial areas etc. I don't want to build a house in what seems like a desert right now. You answer is highly appreciated.

Most probably Block E and G will not be included in initial possession.tu pher to koi fine wagera nahe lagega

When can we expect price increase in Executive block? What is an expected date of possession for executive block? There was a news in the past that CSC is merging with DHA and there was a RDA letter circulating on social media which was submitted by CSC to RDA mentioning merger with DHA any update about this news? Is it real or just a rumor? There has been a lot of hype for only overseas blocks in CSC but they are not focusing on executive blocks? Seems like they have launched a society for only overseas Pakistani's.

2 questions 1. Dont you think extra land charges are unfair? Because I selected to have 10 marla, not 12etc. 2. If after possession i decide to keep the plot for long and don’t build a house, then will there be any charges/fines?

1. If your plot has extra land and you can use that they will ask for money definatly 2. No there is no compulsion of construction but every 25 blocks in every block who will construct their house will get a waiver of % on development charges
