4 years later and I'm looking up the same video because of my computer science class. This part confuses me as well, maybe he messed up?! Thats the only thing i can think of here. I have rewatched it atleast 5 times trying to see if I misunderstood him but I always get the same answer of (11.25)10

Well, maybe you should correct your error in 4:47. It may be confusing people!

since you are using base-2, shouldn't the subscript be 2, and not 10? for this timestamp 4:47 and forward and what Michael L, in the comments, said: "Can you explain how (1011.01)2=(13.25)10? I got 11. 25."
