It is a good commute background. After each affirmation there is enough space to vocalize your belief. Answer with-"it does", "i am", "this is true", "it shall", "i have, for the benefit of all", etc... Speech aloud along with it is AMAZING. She is affirming what you are, and you will be affirming your belief of that fact. Off you go...😊

Hello your youniverse...just wanted to ask can you please make an affirmations audio...which can make us mentally tough so that no one can hurt us by saying meaning things to us...getting themselves their dose..or something positive that can change their perception about ourselves for better!! In nutshell some people are here who say you won't be successful, you are fool, idiot duffer, and since I know present tense sentences affect your mind, that really hurts me if someone says such words to me, can you please do some about it? To you, Spiritual and Healthy Lifestyle, I will tell you what bugs me. It is the New Testament and the principles of the Roman Catholic church. Here is a list of lines that really annoy me. 'Money is the root of all evil.' 'You cannot worship God and money at the same time.' 'It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven.' Then you have all these nuns and priests who says to you you will only be happy once you are in heaven. So the Roman Catholic church wants to see you dead. Then you have all these passed preachers like Norman Vincent Peale, and Billy Graham condemning pre-marital sex. Then they don't like you drinking alcohol beverages and partying. Finally this church seems to say that there is something wonderful about living in poverty. This is exactly what was thrown at my face back in the Sixties and early Seventies--in spite of the Hippy movement. I simply do NOT understand why so many Law of Attraction videos that I watch seem to think that by applying certain universal principles, God and or the universe will assist you when it sounds a lot more like this power wants to restrict your freedom and if you disobey the power can kill you. It all sounds to me like this God and or Jesus is some sort of crime boss.

Daily Zen with Jen, you did not understand my paragraph. . What I said was not ideas, it was what I experienced and seen on TV and read in books in the years prior to mass use of the internet. Let me clarify. Back in 1962, in a Roman Catholic Sunday School the nun told us that we will only be real happy once we all enter heaven. Now right there, that should be classified as a crime--telling small 10 year old tots how great it is to die !!! Then in 1967, out of curiosity I read passages from the New Testament that 'money is the root of all evil.' I complained about that back in 1967, and boy did the poop really fly. How dare I question the sacredness of the New Testament?! Over the years churches have changed that phrase to 'The love of money is the root of all evil.' I suspect that the reason for that change was all because church attendances were declining--low church attendance--low donations. Affirmations as suggested by law of attraction videos will NOT WORK if a person reads or hear stuff like this. If I were to start a business today-which I hope to, I certainly would avoid churches and the new testament bible. I hope you can understand my point.
