The positive affirmations in this video will reprogram your subconscious mind to accept that you are already in a new (parallel) reality and timeline. When we live in the end of our desires, as if they are already ours, we are able to impress our subconscious mind in easy ways and manifest those things effortlessly into our lives. By assuming that our wishes are already fulfilled (some call this the law of attraction, while others call it the law of assumption), our manifestations flow in easily and effortlessly.
The meditation music combined with the shifting reality affirmations is a powerful theta track. This will slow your brain waves down (similar to hypnosis) so that the affirmations are easily absorbed into your subconscious mind on a subliminal level. It’s best to be in a relaxed and meditative state while using this meditation. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while listening!

Yes, the subconscious mind is generally more receptive while sleeping (because the conscious mind isn't in the way). This is a theta musical track, and it will most likely make you sleepy as it slows the brainwaves down.
