Is always so inspiring to see other peoples morning routine. The pandemic show me how important is to have that. When I went back to work I was able to maintain my routine and that made me feel proud of myself :) So.... I wake up, open the blinds and the window to get light and fresh air in (even if is winter, just for a little bit!) then I have a full glass of warm water, 8oz, with ACV or lemon. After that I meditate for 20 min. When I done with meditation, I get my smoothie; greens, protein powder and different flavors, it depends what I crave that day, maybe chocolate, or strawberry, maybe peanut butter, or mango. I deserve to have a delicious smoothie! On my days off I have a nice breakfast. Anyway, that's what my mornings are. I'm hopeful that now that I have this routine down I will be able to have a night routine! I dont have one :( but oh well, little by little right. I remind myself to be gentle with myself. Thank you so much for this videos. I ran into this channel a couple of days ago and I'm totally devouring all the content! I love the way all this topics are presented; simple, practical, easy, totally real and to the point. Love your energy! Gracias!

You didn’t shower in the morning? Asians shower before bed, we don’t like going to bed with the day’s dirt and sweat on us. I can’t get comfortable for sleep otherwise.
