Thanks for the running 🏃♀️ motivation. I needed that reminder! I got into running during covid lockdowns & I’m pretty sure it saved my mental health. 💛 Movement of any kind is so underrated. Any movement can help you feel better, stronger & happier. I highly recommend the book ’Move!’ by Caroline Williams, she explains the science behind this, it’s fantastic. Happy jogs/runs/walks folks ✌️

I absolutely love watching this journey you are on. It is both raw and inspiring. I was in a bit of an exercise slump recently, and stopped meditating for a while, knowing full well that when I exercise and meditate I feel 100% better. I started back again last week, but kept my exercising light (putting off going for a run). And what happens this morning - you tell me to go for run. So I did. And now I feel better than I have in a very long time. Thanks for the inspiration!

You're so welcome, thanks for being here Rob, I find the key is to go slow and steady with any 'new' habit so that we can tap into the main benefits - confidence and momentum, doesn't matter how fast we're going when we've developed a deep powerful momentum. I'm happy you went for the run :) keep doing it!

And hearing anything you have to say… which I can usually resonate with. Just feels like you’re a close friend of mine even though you don’t know me at all. Much love from San Francisco! ❤ (originally from Philly though 😊)

So much resonance and I can relate, I love seen your journey, your growth and your evolution brother. I remember when we’ve met the first time back in Florida for Playlist Live, it was you and Louis back in 2014 or 2015. We were all hanging out and I was wearing my Gorilla suit as we were filming social experiments back in a day. So much has changed and I love seen you share your story and being your authentic self, bro I’m 40 and I’ve grown so much spiritually, emotionally. I went through shadow work and so many experiences and when I’ve became my authentic, surrendered to the Universe. Everything started to flow and those who didn’t serve were removed from my life and those who treated me in a toxic way even though I don’t see myself as a victim but rather a student. These people were the greatest gurus, I’m not saying my life is all rainbows and sunshine as I’m constantly growing, learning and experiencing life. Awareness is everything and I can only control myself and my internal world, I can’t control the external world and others but I can definitely make a difference and influence. Our thoughts, our energy creates the reality around us and our choices. Anyways I went on a bit of a ramble but I felt like I had to share this, as I myself getting back into the KZbin and social media sphere, restating my vlogs and being of service to others. Thank you for being an inspiration, love and blessings

Ben, what was that cringe at 0:25 all about? I am worried about you. Remember there is a solution for all and every problems in the world and that’s Work. You can be dealing with a breakup, bad financial situation, family problems all the way to what’s your relationship to Somalia…whatever. You work, you work hard and everything goes away. Problem with this modern world is not everyone wants to do the work
@benbrown8 ай бұрын
Hey man, no need to worry, I appreciate the concern though 🫶🏼 From where I’m looking it seems the problem is not enough people working hard but rather that not everyone wants to do the inner work, the human work, healing work, family work. The work of not looking away even if you don’t like what you see, both inside, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and outside with our relations, in relationship to life, to each other, to remember all of us on Earth we’re all human. Patterns of trauma from wars and injustices don’t just go away because we worked hard and built something outside of us. Sure our insecurities can cause us to be driven to success in a subconscious attempt to prove ourselves to everyone, but we can also work in other ways, with less fear involved. It’s my intention to be working with love and patience, much more sustainable! The best part of doing the internal work is that is orientates you towards what your soul finds most important, this can be a huge change of direction when accepted. Also, it’s not easy to be a human on Earth right now, especially for those who are tuned into the pain of humanity and are able to feel the significance of the wars going on, as well as the pain of grief for one’s own losses, we’re all out here doing our best 🙏🏼 Work, for me has been a means to escape myself and prove myself (to others, and myself lol) Working hard is a very productive way to escape the harder less comfortable emotions like grief and sadness, I’m reimagining what work is for me as I also tend to my own inner work, as an artist my life experiences and how I feel, are part of the creative work. Essentially I’m creating my own flow that works for me, that isn’t driven by validation or fear, my offerings online and in my art are influenced directly by my state of being, I want them to be authentic to me. I’m figuring out (as I always have) how to work and live outside of the inherited cultural and family beliefs I’ve been programmed with, I’m finding my feet again in this world, in my own way just like all of us. I’m also having a great time tbh with these challenges. I appreciate your comment and yes working harder does give me energy and there’s not dream life without action, thanks for the reminder ✌🏼Peace

If what makes you happy is vlogging, art and photography then have you to just basically come full circle over the last 6 years or whatever? Just a bit more a hippy and a less engaged audience
@benbrown8 ай бұрын
There’s a great premise for a story there, man leaves the community, goes on a wild adventure, defeats many dragons maybe, then gets the gold and returns home, full circle, great plot line for a story!

I say this with love, youre a mess bro ive been watching your newest vlogs and emotionally youre all over the place, youre in your mind to much you gotta stop trying to think your self out this hole. Honestly id recommend trying to get a job on the mines here in Western Australia you work 12 hours days for 14 days then 14 days break, you have no time to think because you’re doing manual labour and crazy busy all the time also if you work hard you get respected by your peers you’ll also make like 6k a month after tax . Youll stop being so emotional and harden up abit, you wont be in your mind all the time and youll save so money. I never comment on videos but ive been watching you since the beginning i used to love the rowing vlogs. Peace and love bro i hope you figure it out ❤
