9:20 I interpreted all of these posters totally differently, namely as the count’s propaganda. For example we know (from her trailer) that the ranger was actually defending a hungry child from being killed by the counts guard. I expect all of these posters to be based on some true event but to be twisted versions of them. For example, maybe all of the monk’s brethren were corrupted by the dreamer and he was defending himself.

Tri, you have to understand - people are going to like and dislike what you do based on precisely what you do. I very much enjoy your current approach to things, but you had a period where (and I also commented this on a reddit thread) it really felt like you made content for content's sake. I get that YT is sort of pushing this sort of creation, but you also have to see it from the other's POV as well - that it was quite obnoxious. I for one enjoy this current iteration where your vids feel informative and add to the hype as well, so please keep it up, you got me rather swayed. I think Conner is right on the money: hybrid armor/es builds look very strong. One tidbit I want to point out is that we have mini aegis aurora, %chance to start ES recharge on block and ES recovery based on armor. ALL IN THE SAME PASSIVE CLUSTER. Which means that as long as we don't get hit by two large hits, we can shrug off a pretty significant amount of damage. I'm thinking frost build because it has the largest. chronomancer might be a good choice for hardcore because it has two buttons to bail it out against few large hits that chunk before ES recharge starts. big chunky warrior with double armor from equipped body armor can use a pure armor base with % increase local armor and ES bases with % increased es for all other gear slots and take the node that gives evasion based on ES from helmet

Maybe I’m crazy but I’ve really liked how the information for PoE2 has been presented. It feels like each content creator was allowed a segment of the game to put focus on, then the other content creators who didn’t have access can add that creators content to bolster their new video and it snowballs from there. Tri has to be an absolute monster. What kind of person doesn't eat cheese? Yep, definitely can't be trusted. Joking aside, I usually find your level of positivity off putting and generally hard to believe. But I can say after having watched quite a few of your videos, you actually appear to be a pretty genuine person, who really is just enthusiastic about PoE. This is the main reason I continue to watch them. It's like watching Jonathan Rogers talk about PoE, you can clearly tell he's excited about the game and can barely hold himself back from giving you an information dump on all the cool little details that went into making it, you can literally see him giddy with excitement. Honestly, most of the time I would agree with the haters, if a content creator is too positive, they are probably overly bias for some reason or another. But I've never got that impression from Tri. I believe he is genuine and just hyped about all things PoE. I may be living vicariously through his videos a bit, to help myself not jump on the negativity wagon, having been burnt by several games in the past, trying to rekindle the lost nostalgia of a past self that got excited for game releases. If I want a detailed build guide or some other kind of deep dive into PoE statistics that are hard to get by just playing the game, I will go to another content creator. If I want to be inspired to geek out about PoE like other games from the days of old, then I will continue to give Tri my time and support. Keep doing what you're doing dude, I hope for both our sakes PoE 2 does not disappoint.

Alot of the dooming for poe 2 i think comes from hardcore, diehard poe 1 giga blasters that get to maps in 4 hours and fully min max by the 2nd or 3rd day and are pumping vaal fluids directly into their veins. They don't know how to slow down and enjoy the new thing, they just want to blast, and that's fine, but I think the first while of poe 2 will be like the old school poe 1. not for long because we have 10+ years of poe experience, but i think they're a bit scared they won't be insta juiced to the tits with power and i think that's okay. silly question, do the passives like cast speed stack after adding? 1.0 + 10% is 1.10 and then another 10% added is 1.21? Do multipliers from gear stack from you base stats or after adding all the passive bonuses up? you've got to stop making videos about the people who dont like your content and the "allegations". Cutedog talked a bit about this on stream and Im going to pretty much echo what he said. All you are doing is giving these people ammo to go after you even more because it clearly bothers you even if you say it doesn't. Content creators don't usually make videos about this, they ignore it. Talking about it over and over shows that you do care and it does bother you and the people that don't like you know this and can see right through everything. Just a helpful suggestion. I do hope you succeed, but it is hard sometimes to see you continue to talk about the hate quite often.

7:10 That mod right there is huge, but it does look like it needs some investment, or at least higher rolls at some point. The flask says CHARGES per second, not uses per second. It also says you use 10 charges per use. So that is 4 seconds per charge, 10 charges per use, 40 seconds to get a single pop out of this. So as Tri says here, only good for long extended bossfights, but also that's a lot of time to wait if you're struggling with a boss right so it's not going to be a very reliable defensive layer until you've cranked that frequency up a little to maybe 15-20 seconds.

I am new to PoE and excited for PoE2. I understand what people might be saying - your expressions are often bigger than your substance, so it sometimes feels unwarranted or acted. But still, you were one of the first PoE content creators I subscribed to because sometimes we need a hype-man more than a brain-man. Keep on keeping on brother. I also have a job and family and can relate to how hard you are trying. I also know how hard it is to be real on camera. I believe in you. You will get better and bigger I'm sure.

I've been watching your content every now and then and personally think actually not shitting on everything for shitting's sake (seems to have become a trend the last few years) refreshing. You also give credit where credit is due and seem to be very transparent on relevant things. I will also go in almost completely blind so I enjoy no spoilers here but just enough stuff to stoke the hype. The only thing I am worried about at this point is the controls and that I will suck at things like active blocking. And the hype itself - I can't remember the last time I was this hyped, I hope not to be let down (Blizzard) and that we can actually play on Dec. 6th (servers yay). Anyways stay positive, and much success to your channel. Crazy how you manage your days with all that going on, after 10 hours of work I sometimes can't even find the energy to start the pc at my age.

I don't really want to see all gems and the passive tree. But at least I wouldn't mind having an idea of the ascenencies. I know what type of build I want to play, but I'm not sure which ascendency would suit it best and having to get to the first trial before I can figure out whether my class choice was right doesn't feel great

The thing with poe2 is that its not a trailer paired with promises and overhyped marketing, it already exists, it always existed. People have played it, the devs have played it live. Already looking amazing and considering devs track record it can only get better.

You got me excited about POE2. My friends played POE1 - I did not. Among other videos I watched about the game yours are more positive and it fits my personality better, as I love being excited about a game I play. Really appreciate your content - please keep the smiles and positive energy ❤ I even started to learn lore trying POE1 to learn the lore before POE2. Wish there were more lore videos.

I'm usually a very critical person, some might say "negative," but I don't revel in negative content or drama. I really appreciate your style. It's over the top and sometimes a bit excessive for me, but I like that I walk away from your videos feeling good - not angry, not upset, not sad. Toxic positivity IS a real thing, but genuine positivity is not bad.
