If a person buy a property in the name of his wife , and also declares it in his wealth statement as bought by his legitimate source of income, who is the owner and who is the possessor of property in this case , is it husband or wife, who has animus and who has corpus possession of this property. Either husband is actual or constructive possessor of that property. Can he gift this property to his wife who already has the title and ownership of this property because her husband has bought it in his name. Please guide

I have query, sir, alongside my house, there is a place which is owned and possessed by my parents, but, recently, an issue has spurred which prompted a clash between families! Actually, this piece of land is not registered with anyone's name, they call it 'shamla deh'. Sir, I don't have knowledge regarding this land dealings, but, we are living in this place since the time of our great-grand parents, but, now another so-called owner has been proclaimed! Sir, I really want to know your response in this regard! Looking forward to your kind response!
