Dude, this war is gonna have the UK fighting a stronger central powers without any American imports, all while the British naval blockade has to contest the Mediterranean (with an iIalian Suez Canal) and the north sea. What's kinda funny is, despite Britain screeching about how superior their navy was, it was actually *very* equal between them and the Americans. Yeah, the Romanians were told by the allies to retreat and didn't in our timeline. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hungarian%E2%80%93Romanian_War) At the time the Versailles treaty was signed, Romanian troops were already at the Tisza and two months away from occupying Budapest. Several other countries had broken free of A-H. I imagine everyone involved would just ignore the treaty.
