We in Vijayawada normal call it as triple S idli 😊 The green chutney is made of green chillies and ginger, so we call it as green Alam chuntney

we have been eating this idly since 1993 on regular visits. but the taste never changed. in vijayawada morning walkers used to say this white medicine. people also calls this hotel as Paaka (Hut) idly. its healthy and energy, moreover diabetic patients its perfect destination.

No sir ! It is finely ground coconut chutney. Ground nut chutney is eaten with dosa mostly in Rayala Seema region of AP.

@@jaihind3608 Thank you bro, then I stand corrected. But, I was still wondering how could a seasoned foody duo like Rockey & Mayur mistake ground nut for coconut or is it a "combination of both" ? By the way is it raw ground nut chutney like the one they serve in some small eateries of Rayalaseema and Telangana (l am not sure about Andhra region as it has been a long while since I had eaten there) or roasted GN chutney which is prepared in most of the households as an accompaniment to a lot of breakfast items like dosa,idli,ponganalu,bonda,Pongal etc. My personal favourite is putana dal and coconut chutney with tadka.
