Cookies are a great help during Lent, they are very filling, just what you need for breakfast and snacks!
Recipe:
- 250 gr. chickpeas
- 150 gr. oatmeal
- 100 ml. coconut cream
- 50 ml. coconut oil
- 130 gr. dates
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 50 gr. any nuts
- 50 gr. chocolate chips
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
