Given that I don’t have mist memory boost or a calling from darkness, I’ll probably try teching in 2 baalmon (x antibody) and 1 X antibody to help with more aggressive playmaking. Otherwise, I’m fully on board with this list, and may try ordering the cards later to see if your style works better (whether in general, or Just in my personal taste). Thank you for the continued quality lists avault! (Only question about the deck in general though, not just this list: why do people run so few lv5s?)

I'll try some games with this list, with the difference being instead of 2 Mist Memory Boost, I'll use 2 EX- 2 Ai & Mako. Imo they just provide better value, an additional mill when attacking, and you won't be so dependant on memory gain via milling while being able to better pinpoint where your memory will be at the end of your plays. In theory, they sound good enough to at least try. Ofc it can become a liability in the hunters matchup, but so does your other Ai&Mako

Hello, you would Digivolve first, draw for Digivolving, and then can choose to use Ai and Mako to place a card at the top of the deck before using the "When Digivolving" effect of the Digimon and vice versa. Hope this clarifies it!

Im not a super pro tourney player, but this is my list. Id love feedback n thoughts. Im sorry in advance if anything looks bad. Ex2 Impmonx1 Bt2 impmon X3 St14 Impmon x4 Bt22 Impmon Xx3 Champs P Wizardmon x4 Wizardmon x x4 Ults Baalmon x4 BaalmonX x3 Mega Ex2 Beelzemon x3 St14 Beelzemon x2 Beelzemon X x2 St14 Blast Mode X1 Options Darkness Wave X2 X antibody x2 Rivals barrage x3 Death Slinger x4 7th full cluster x1 Tamers Ex02 ai+makox1 St14 ai+mako×3 Im thinking of shrinking an ex02 beelzemon for st14 blast mode. And two Wizardmon x for 2 witchmon. I see the value in CfD but also the xantibody as well. Should i shrink xantibody to a 1 off? I included the x1 ex02ai+mako cause of ptsd of being choked to one, but should i get rid of it for a 2nd 7fullcluster? Should i scrap darkness wave entirely for mist mem? There are so many intricate but crucial ways to build around the impmon hit now 😅

Hello, I think your build is pretty solid! My best recommendation is to give it a couple test runs and see how you feel when playing with it and then adjust based on your experience. Darkness Wave vs Mist Memory Boost really just comes down to personal preference, so go with whichever you are more comfortable with. Hope this helps!

Hi, im new to the Digimon TCG, is it so that the trait effect works on the top card of the pile aswell? like with Witchmon, does she have DP7000 cuse her trait is a Wizard? Or is it so that the trait effect from the card underneath work on the main card on top? sorry if it was a bit hard to understand my question :)

Hello and welcome! So for any Inherited Effects such as Witchmon that gives +2000DP only applies to the Digimon that Digivolved on top of Witchmon and must have either the Wizard or Demon Lord in order to gain the additional DP trait like you mentioned. Witchmon does not gain the 2000DP because it is specifically under the Inherited Effect section of the card. Hope this makes it clear!

Just a word of advice: if your goal really is to speed up your milling as fast as possible post-banlist, don't bother running BT2 Impmon, as it takes 2 full turns for its On Deletion mill to go off, and sometimes not even then, if it hits a Tamer or non-removal Option in security. Instead, I recommend replacing it with the promo DemiDevimon which immediately mills 2 On Play. It's 1 less card in trash, but it's much, much, much faster than Impmon. Plus, since you already milled On Play, you're free to build your stack with it. The one and only downside is you can't revive it from trash from a milled EX2 Beelze.

Although neither DemiDevi nor Candle can be rezzed with EX2 Beelze (or ST14 BeelStar if you bother to run her), DemiDevi can at least be tutored with Ai&Mako, whereas you have to hard-draw Candle if you ever want to see it. Candle's Draw 1 on deletion also isn't worth anything to me, as the other point to replacing Impmon in the first place is to have a rookie you can immediately build a stack on top of with no qualms. I'm gonna make a hot take for a purple player and say I heavily dislike the idea of rookies whose sole purpose is to be deleted, i.e. Impmon, Tapirmon, etc. You're wasting memory and honestly wasting deck space on something that can't block, can't swing into or over anything, takes 2 or more turns to actually die and resolve its one purpose, only accomplishes a one-time gain, doesn't even proc when hit in security, and essentially becomes a useless vanilla if you digivolve over it. That's why I vastly prefer rookies with On Play effects, good inheritables, or continuous/repeatable effects. Even On Deletion inheritables are vastly better, as having a stronger Digimon that can either stay on the field & continue to swing/proc effects, or gains something from being deleted benefits you either way. The sole reason I would ever encourage running BT2 Impmon over DemiDevimon (or Candlemon) post-banlist would be if you were playing Beelstar Impmon Rush, or if your Beelzemon deck runs ST14 Beelstarmon to continuously rez and mill with it, and _even then,_ you'd be wanting to rez ST14 Imp to warp into Beelze 90% of the time anyway. It kind of baffles me why the overwhelming majority of Beelze players bother with BT2 Impmon for all the reasons given here and previously, and the only reasons I can come up with are that either they are slavishly devoted to keeping the deck "in theme", or they are just honestly lacking creativity to think outside of the archetype.

If you are referring to the ST14 Baalmon, yes because it is a buff that the Digimon gains until the end of the Opponent's Turn. Hope this helps!

Its not too bad being able to pop big things and potentially check multiple security. But the only downside is having to pay 6 Memory to Digivole into it which is quite a lot. If you ever want to run it, I would suggest running it with the EX2 Ai and Mako as well.

Hello hello! Just doing some testing on this Beelzemon deck. I have a few questions, if you or anyone else doesn’t mind answering. When I digivolve into Beelzemon ST14: 1: does the gain memory trigger after all four cards are trashed? Or after the first of the four? 2: when it gains security +1, does that carry over if I digivolve into (X Antibody) then into Blast Mode? Lastly, What are your thoughts on using EX2 blast mode + ai & mako?

because impmon at 4 was just luck and wasn't fun to fight against in tournament setting. You mill your ex2s and win or you dont mill em and can still win. Also, Were was gonna get banned anytime now, Bandai has new Were cards coming and dont like us using old good cards. The real victim is Green with 2 decks hit, a bloomlord/generic green card hit, and a deck hit with no new support or meta relevance (Grandis)

Impmon Ex2 was greatly overloaded. Even if it wasn't milled, it has a solid inheritable as well as a good on play ability to boost consistency.

PKSkyler I have seen some deck lists with new Garurumon support, nobody was even running the promo at 1, so I have not seen why it should be hit. Once Impmon got hit the deck fell from most tournaments, it was just popular so it was being misrepresented. Now we have Machindramon and Hunters dominating, this is due to people changing decks not because Beelzemon is OP or inconsistent now.

Zachary Hughes the Beelzemon deck combos well with itself that's what created the consistency. But that's what helped it win, it needed to have a combo otherwise you lose. I've seen the deck lose to red hybrid consistently and even Hexeblaumon .

​@@harleyf19 What you said has nothing to do with wether or not the card is overloaded. The fact that it combos with the deck's other cards makes it even stronger cause of it's overloaded abilities. It was too good. And occasionally losing to "weaker" decks does not mean a thing. Sometimes you bricked. Sometimes you a have bad game night. Sometimes you auto pilot and make bad plays because of it. It happens. It's card games, its the nature of the beast. The deck managed to get 2nd place in the North American Ultimate Cup, with additional top 16 placements. Either adapt or move on.

So why is the BT-10 Baalmon never used? It’s on deletion doesn’t drop after a turn, and the mill is a may which is nice if I need to dial back or have set something up. Not to mention, its every attack. (If it manages to stick in the board)

it doesn't synergize well with ai and mako. you digivolve into baalmon and your turn is over. with the other baalmons, you keep turn
