At every meal, fill half your plate with vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of liquids - breast milk contains 80% of water the remaining 30% carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins.Try to avoid spicy food, packaged, processed foods and drinks that are high in salt and sugar. Don't forget to take your calcium and vitamin tablets along with this during your lactation period.
