Thank you so much for clearing up the difference between gel and custard. I am a total novice at this curly method malarkey and sometimes I just have to step back from the information tsunami before my brain explodes 🤯🤪😂😂😂

Do you have your hair cut a specific way to encourage volume? I have very similar hair texture, your hair is gorgeous!
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Lots of layers, I always ask for volume at the top but not to make me look like a pineapple. It’s not a devacut, I have had 3, but I don’t love them

Your hair looks so pretty!! I've been following your methods and routine. However, for this hair did you still do finger coiling or is your hair already trained to curl now ?
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Aolany Sanchez Only a few pieces in the front are finger curled. The rest is just scrunched ☺️

What is your job? Btw your hair looks amazing and is getting so long!

You have the most beautiful curly hair on utube. My texture is similar to yours. Once you achieve the perfect look for the day do you use hairspray to keep your curls exactly where you want them to stay?
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
No I never use hairspray, I used to live on it! But I just use gel now, and avoid the drying alcohols and or silicones
@janetsplanet29475 жыл бұрын
Curly n Fab but how do you keep the volume pumped up throughout the day and keep each curl in the place you want it to stay?
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Gel does that too. Have you tried it?
@janetsplanet29475 жыл бұрын
Curly n Fab Yes I have tried gel. I like big hair and I get that when I flip my hair upside down and when I come back up it's beautiful! Then a few minutes it falls flatter again. Any suggestions? Or gel products to help me keep my hair exactly in place.

I can’t believe that’s your morning hair! No matter what I do my hair is super flat and stringy...
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Do you buff??
@ruthparker62005 жыл бұрын
Curly n Fab Buff? I’m not sure what that is... my hair has quite a bit of damage and has some recovering to do because of the bleaching and straightening so I probably won’t see your results on myself for a while... I bought a similar clip that you said you use to sleep in but it’s still pretty flat when I wake up... I also have a satin pillowcase

Is there a video that shows you scrunching out the crunch? I just can't seem to get rid of all the crunch, and I really don't like crunch. Am I using too much custard? Love your videos, by the way!
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
ktaula1 in my apple cider vinegar rinse I scrunch out the crunch around 8:40. Definitely not the crunchiest my hair has been, but it’s always the same process☺️

Hello but it looks like a light training. What should you do if you train like cardio or zumba and you end up your session with the roots dripping sweat?
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
If you’re sweating to the point of your roots dripping wet, I’d probably just rewash my hair.
@Shani033145 жыл бұрын
chiaracc7 Either re-washing, or washing with just conditioner is good too. If I washed with shampoo recently, and my hair is oily from my workouts, I wash with conditioner. If I wash with shampoo too often my hair gets dry and frizzy. Personal preference.

Hi I love your hair btw you are beautiful, I’m really new into transitioning and struggling, I’m about a 2b or 2c my hair is quite thick but gets super frizzy especially on my straight roots and I have to brush it with the denman brush but it gets rid of my waves but if I do t brush I get major frizz, do you comb or brush your hair? I’d live to just finger derange but as soon as I detangle I get knotty hair straight away, do you have any advice, sorry it’s a long one, also I’m in the UK so hard to get real products too xxx
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Do you full wet refresh? I don’t use a brush unless I’m in the shower and my hair is completely wet. I use a flexi brush and it is great for creating curl clumps. But if I’m just refreshing, like in my refresh video, I don’t use a brush. How often do you clarify? It helps a lot with frizz
@katebowes15 жыл бұрын
Curly n Fab I think I cleanse too often I do it every couple of days with either shea moisture or Maui moisture I prefer cantu, but I don’t have any clarifying products I don’t think so I did use apple cider vinegar the other day. How do I clarify? I also think I use too much product cause it feels funky the next day, I am really new to this and would love any advice. Yes I fully wet if I refresh cause I need to brush it with my denman cause there is so much halo frizz and stupidly knotty. I am seriously clueless with it all 😂 thanks for your help xxx

HI! I understand you might be in T.O. I am desperately in need of coaching for transforming to my Curly Self. Are you available for in person session? Or can you recommend somebody else?
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
I don’t do personal sessions but I’m happy to help! Maybe we can set up a Skype meeting and go through your challenges together ☺️

So you don't wash your hair after gym?🤔 When you wash it?
@laraalmaghraby85445 жыл бұрын
I usually wash it daily with only water& conditioner on hair not roots and weekly with sulfate free shampoo
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
I wash it twice a week with sulphate free shampoo, and I refresh it usually two to three times as well.
@curlynfab51205 жыл бұрын
Lara Almaghraby when I first read your comment I thought you were concerned that my hair would smell or something, but if you’re not washing your scalp when you wash it daily, I guess we in the same boat ☺️
