U are really right market protein shake is not good at all one of my friend lost her one kidney due to protein..... I am also scared of having protein in my pre meal after workout...

At starting we should slowly slowly increase protein in our diet. And the required protein for your protein is multiply your (weight in kg * 1.2 or 1.5 ). At beginning if u are starting fitness journey then you have to increase ur protein intake. But as we are not used to do we should increase slowly slowly and must stop increasing amount when we hit our required protein goal.

That's such a nice video, loved the emphasis you gave for post stretching and damn that flexibility 😮😮 Also That's such a wholesome brekkie and loved that you didn't shy away from adding butter and nuts in it.Also kudos for saying that one may boil the veggies if they are not used to consume that much fibre at one go Last but not the least whey protein is just another source of protein That's easy and convenient to carry That's all nothing more nothing less. it has the same amino acids as a whole egg/chicken/fish. One may say it has much lower carb/fat content but then again so does egg whites😊
