Even when a players an A+ potential. Sending them to untapped potential still helps because A+ is like a player with a potential of 90 or more. You can edit a player and check there potential rating to see if it makes a difference, like ex. Wood is A+ but his potential is 91 sending him again will keep him at A+ but change his actual potential to 93.
