is there a change to the liquid weakaura assignments for p3 seeds? like an update to how many people you have to actually put in there and where theyre assigned?

At least for us, we still put the same number of lines but just make every other "Place Holder" So as an example: liquidStart Doener Tactyks Place Holder Banshers Marsh Place Holder Palin PlaceHolder (since there is no partner here) Place Holder liquidEnd

Is that a Weakaura or a player in the raid saying "Baiting, move" during Dream Rend?

That's a player, we have 1 person assigned (not the raid leader) to call dreamrend movements for consistency.
