I've learn to combine night shift with my normal sleeping hours in order to have a normal life. All you have to do is sleep at work for 6-8 hours. It really works.

We need to start a petition to see if Miki has superhuman DNA. When I worked twelves, I could not function if I didn't sleep AT LEAST 8 hours! One great thing about nights too is everyone is out the house when you're home, so it's quiet. And if your show aired the night before, you can watch it with breakfast before bedtime!! Splitting shifts are a problem for me though. It wears on my immune system because I don't sleep good & I get sick.

That’s a rough routine! Hope you have some holiday time off. BTW, having grown up in Hawaii, I always take evening showers. It actually seemed weird to meet people that took them in the mornings when I first moved to California.

Honestly, it’s too hard for you! I also have an experience that I have to work from 7 pm to 7 am. This lifestyle damages my body heavily. My hormone is unnormal after that, and I have many pimples on my face. It’s a sad memory. So I decide to study hard, and now I become a PhD student. I cherish every moment. I hope I can go aboard for my post doctor. So I religiously learn oral English from you. Thanks for your guidance. Keep fighting! Ciao!

it's so interesting to me how working at the hospital works in other countries... I work at a hospital in Switzerland and there we get the scrubs from the hospital and also leave them there to get washed. I'm so glad I don't have to take those dirty scrubs home :P
