I am DROOLING over the Kongee! Going to have that tomorrow for one of my meals, thank you so much for sharing...I've seen ***** make it in the past but wasn't sure of a good recipe :) I was away at a KZbin event & all the bad food made me feel crap! Not TOO much bad food, but just a few 'bleh' meals, so currently ranking up the smoothies and kale chips and veggies, though I did indulge in banoffee pie tonight as I'm turning 25 in, oooh, 15 minutes!

Kassie I just want to say how much of a blessing you are in my life. I normally don't like to choose human beings as my form of inspiration because we are all just as equally a messy sinner as the next, but the way you live your life and your attitude is very inspiring to me. Especially the way you replied to that one girl who was judging you for dressing what she called "immodest" ( I'm not trying to call her out or anything of the sort ) but the way you responded was respectful and informative. I admire the way you draw out negativity and you try your best not to judge others. I love reading your replies to others negative comments because you always are insightful yet civil with how you respond. I love watching your videos, especially your advice videos because you're so intellectual. Thank you for inspiring not only me but many others too.

When I'm sick (like I am now) my favorite thing to eat has to be my friend Brinley's homemade ramen. She's given me the recipe but it's hard to cook when standing makes you dizzy. Hey Kassie! I do love peppermint oil :) I don't know how diluted yours is but sometimes for bad breath coming from your stomach or bad breath in general its good to take a drop of it to cleanse. I put a tiny amount of peppermint oil right around my nostrils and it always soothes my headaches! I appreciate that you are honest about using Chinese medicine. Hi Kassie! (Sorry if you don't mind me calling you by that name.) I recommend you trying white flower oil, it's an all-purpose medicated oil that relieves headaches and can even cure sprains and can be used as an improvised antiseptic. It is usually found in Asian pharmacies and it is very inexpensive. However I do warn you the smell of this oil can either be really relaxing to you or very unpleasant.

Kassie, i tried the oil cleansing method...and i love love the result but i remembered the first time I used it, it led to few zits on my face (nothing too major) but after a few OCM, it went away and overall my face felt smoother, no bumps..I want to introduc this method to my sister who has acne prone skin but im scared that she will breakout from it..is there such thing as your skin is undergoing "purging" with OCM?
