Post Processing/Mastering Discussion | OTT, GClip, Saturation

In this video I go over some challenges I’ve been running into when adding post processing to/mastering some of my sounds and the solutions I came up with. I’m hoping some of you will let me know what you think about the techniques used here and comment on any additional insight you might have on the subject!

If you don't want OTT to affect your reverb too much then turn the time up to 1000% and upward compression to 0%, lmk if this helps :)

I will try that when I'm at my computer again but I have a feeling changing the time and removing upward compression won't give me the whole mb compression experience I need.

For this particular sound I couldn't get it to sound how I wanted using this but after playing around with OTT on other sounds with this advice in mind , it helped me find settings that work well. Thanks!

I had a similar problem but adjusted my ott settings and turned down the reverb mix. I only want just a little anyway
