There are several models of "hand splints for stroke". Now 40 years since my car accident, so I've bought all of these. It helps if you can find excuses for using the damaged hand. As an academic, it was very hard to use my hand. Not enough excuses. On-line retailers (Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, etc) have these brand new, starting from several dollars, US.

This is not dynamic splint. The idea of the dynamic splint is to help the hand to function, to grab and release. This is simply very elastic static splint.

My left side is very weak.hand in a fist. Fingers don't want to open up..audits painful.

Keep moving and stretching all day is the only way to stay lose. I lay in bed at night and stretch 3 hrs .. if you not sleeping you need to be moving..
