Your information is incomplete. This is not how a psw works. First of all you don't need a degree in your hand when you apply for a psw. You can get your degree when your are already on a psw. All you need is a letter from the university stating that the student has obtained all the credits and there are no dues (fees) Second thing is you need "funds" in your account which should be 3 months old. It is 945 pounds currently for tier 1 business visa and will remain same for a psw too. Since psw was a point based visa back in the days, it will be points based again and a candidate will score points for every attribute they show. Example there will be points for funds, English language, degree completion. Only passing the modules is not enough when you don't have 945 pounds, 3 months old. I don't know what amount home office will ask for when applying. Currently it's 945. Even if you get an A grade and don't have funds, application will be refused. Even if it falls short by a pound.

@@GeetkaurUK negativity is not being spread here. I m trying to introduce people to reality. You never mentioned about the funds in account then how does this make your video complete. I've taught in a university and dealt with the students psw back in 2010. Please either give the complete info or just leave it as it as. You have posted a link from 2019 and that has not been updated yet. Little knowledge is dangerous. Despite of having all modules clear, fees may be pending. A student may have to return a laptop to the university. Student might have borrowed the booked he /she never returned. Modules clear never mean all dues paid. When psw was available in 2012, many students failed to get it because they didn't know of the 3 month old funds in account. Some of those who had funds in their Indian accounts had them in banks home office doesn't recognise. There is a list of banks which are recognised by the home office so tell people that they must ensure that the funds are in an account which is recognised by the home office in India. They were being mislead by others with little or no up-to-date information. Many eligible candidates suffered and some fell short by a pound. I'm not spreading any negativity. If your aim is to help people who are coming here then pls make sure you don't omit the necessary information.

UK is home to many immigrants from Bulgaria Croatia Cyprus Slovenia etc. And they all don't require a work permit to work in UK. There are over 20000 companies who sponsor people for tier 2. As far as Europeans are concerned, they get benefits from eu. Not all of them are working. Many of my friends are on tier 2 some with accenture, some with jpmc group, some with the NHS. My younger brother got tier 2 from India and is working in the UK on tier 2.

Most students who came to the UK in 2009 became illegal after 2013 because they didn't secure a tier 2 visa. It's not for everyone. Believe me, uk still wants people to apply for. My wife works for the UK government and in her department, they need someone to work in their department. They conducted dozens of Interviews but finally they found their right person from india and sponsored him.

You've got two ✌️ options A - you apply for tier 1 visa which is a form of investment visa. You need to an endorsement from an agency (agencies mentioned on gov.uk) invest between 2 million to 10 million pounds 💷 . B - you can apply for a tier 2 general visa. It's name will change to skilled visa next year. You need sponsorship from a tier 2 licence holder. There are 1000s of companies who sponsor for tier 2. Salary threshold has been brought down now. You don't need a very high salary anymore. Log on to gov.uk and find information regarding the occupation shortage lists.

Nai. Pr ki koi eligibility nai hai. Pr k liae route per aana hoga like tier 1, 2 or 5. Even if she becomes a teacher here after gaining a degree in education like pgce or qts, there is no PR after that right away
