Just one question, you may find the question stupid but I'll still ask it anyway to clarify the doubt, the post office where we have to collect the BRP card will be located in the city where the university you have enrolled in is located right? Or the BRP card is issued by any post office? I am planning to quarantine in a different city & then proceed to the University which is in different city.

I think you dont need to collect it in 10 Days, It must be collected before your Vignette sticker expires, which is the validity of 3 months from date of issue and is ready in two weeks after you collect your visa. Correct me if i am wrong.
