I love to marinate my steaks no matter whether I will eat it on a sandwich or on the plate with a baked potato and salad. I just love the flavor and tenderness I get. What is your favorite way to marinate? I know there are so many ways. Or can you get the good flavor by cooking the way you have done here? OH GOOD LORD! Watching you cut into those bad boys and seeing how juicy and tender, yeah I would definitely LOVE this steak on a sandwich or a salad! WOW! It looks incredibly delicious!
