Posting Rentals on Craigslist to Find New Tenants

How frequently should I post a rental listing on Craigslist? Is it true that too much (3 times a day) is bad?

From my personal experience this should be a last resort. The reality is most of the prospective tenants on craigslist are people that wouldn't qualify for a week to week room in someone's dwelling, let alone a whole place.
