Hi - I think I did this tracked and signed…would that be why I got “export cancelled” on the Royal Mail tracking website?

you could get that error if you have filled out the customs slips incorrectly and failed to print the CN22 label and attach it to the envelope.

I've made the mistake... I would have thought the post office would have advised me as I had no idea it needed one.... currently waiting to get it back so I can re send with a CN22

Can this be done at the post office instead of online? I've seen various examples of this label and I don't want to make another mistake. The online one asks different questions compared to the actual label I've seen.
